This article is for IT/System Administrators.
With these instructions you can test the network- and database-prerequisites for Unified Messaging prior to installation.
Before you begin, please make sure the machine meets the requirements:
Unified Messaging Minimal Requirements
Technical check of the prerequisites
Execute unified-messaging-x.x.xxx.exe from https://download.healthconnect.be/products/unified-messaging/slow-ring/ on the server on which Unified Messaging will be installed.
Important: if you plan to use Integrated Security for the database connection (screen 2), you need to launch the validation tool with that user in order to pass the test.
If this user is a service user, you need to grant logon/execute rights temporarily.
URL connection test:

Choose Ehealth Environment: Production (default) or Acceptance.
Click Test-Next.
If you are unable to click Next, please review the errors.
Database connection check (minimum version MS SQL 2016) :

Adapt the database URL.
Example if you use integrated security:
jdbc:sqlserver://hostname\instance;database=HCUM;integratedSecurity=true
Leave username/password empty.
Example if you use Sql user:
jdbc:sqlserver://hostname\instance;database=HCUM
Provide the correct username/password for this user.
Listening port check:
