Necessary mycarenet configuration for the changes on 30/5/2017

Mycarenet communicated a change of their platform on 30/5/2017. In order for our MyCarenet module to keep working. The following changes need to be done:

  • Change the mycarenet endpoints port from 443 to 9443

  1. Login into the RRN Connector of the Labo/Hospital

  2. Go to Configuration/Instellingen for RRN Connector

  3. Update the following fields (see screenshots at the bottom for more details):

  4. Press Save at the bottom of the page

  5. Restart the service and relogin to test.

  • Download and update the mycarenet invoice tool

  • ​Keep us informed (reply on this mail)

  • ​In case of troubles, do not hesitate to contact us
