Procedure

  • Stop the service HealthConvEx.

  • Take a back-up of the DB, the configuration and of additional files (workdir) prior to the update. For details on how to take a backup of the DB: all information here.

  • Download the new installer from the link in the received e-mail.

  • Run the installer. If you connect to the database via integrated security, you must run the installer with the correct AD-user. If you are unsure, check the connection string by default in C:\Program Files\healthconvex (application-prd.properties).

Important: through the setup wizard Production needs to be selected for both the production and acceptance environments.

  • Verify that the HealthConvEx service is up and running. Important: A fully completed update of HealthConvEx cannot be reverted without a full backup and always results in some downtime. Please contact our support if there are any questions.
